Funds raised at Golf for Life 2018
Golf for Life 2018, organised by Life Community Services Society (LCSS) on August 2 at Warren Golf & Country Club, raised nearly $230,000 to support children and families in need. The event, LCSS’s main annual fundraiser, featured MP Seah Kian Peng as guest-of-honour and included golf, a dinner at the Tee Garden, and performances by LCSS beneficiaries, including an Angklung and youth soccer showcase.
Funds raised for children at Run for Life 2014
Run For Life 2014, held on July 19 at East Coast Park and jointly organised by Life Community Services Society (LCSS) and Noel Gifts International, attracted around 3,800 participants and raised S$600,000. The event featured a 10km competitive run, 2.4km family fun run and walk, and a 500m Kids Dash, with funds supporting LCSS programmes for disadvantaged and at-risk children and youth in Singapore.
