Life Community’s Transition to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG)

Life Community Services Society has transitioned to Life Community Ltd. (UEN: 202512271G), a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) registered with ACRA and governed by the Companies Act, with effect from 1 April 2026.

This marks an important step forward as we strengthen our governance and support the continued growth of our work.

While our legal structure has evolved, our heart remains the same — to empower children and families through care and mentoring, so that every child can be the best that they can be! 

We continue to be registered as an Institution of Public Character (IPC), and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). There is no change to our programmes, and we remain deeply committed to the children and communities we serve. Tax-deductible receipts for qualifying donations will continue to be issued.
