GOLF FOR LIFE 2024
On 28 June 2024, Life Community Services Society (LCSS) welcomed 152 golf enthusiasts to tee off under clear skies at Tanah Merah Country Club (Tampines Course) for the annual Charity Golf Tournament.
Guest-of-Honour, Mr Seah Kian Peng, Speaker of Parliament and MP for Marine Parade GRC. Special thanks to the generous support of sponsors, donors, and volunteers. LCSS successfully reached our goal of raising $250,000, which all went towards supporting over 900 children and youth from vulnerable backgrounds, empowering them to be the best they can be.
During the event, LCSS’s young beneficiaries volunteered as child emcees, live music performers, and camera crew members, each making a meaningful contribution to the cause.
“Walking with children is a long, pastoral journey. It is like a seed growing into a plant—first, you see the leaves, and only over time, with much care and patience, do the flowers and fruits begin to emerge,” said our CEO, Ms Lam Moi Kwai.
